Shipping policy

MeTaLLiX Gaming apparel is made to order. Every order goes through production before it ships, so total delivery time is production time plus transit time.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most items are printed and packed within 2 to 7 business days of your order. Larger orders and periods of high demand can add a few days.

SHIPPING TIME

United States: typically 3 to 5 business days after production. Canada: typically 5 to 10 business days after production. International: typically 10 to 20 business days after production. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak season volume can extend them.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of that email, contact metallixgaming@gmail.com and we will look into it.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in your purchase and are not collected by us. Your country may charge these on delivery, and they are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can also add delay beyond the estimates above.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at the customer's cost.
