PRODUCTS

All apparel is printed to order. Product photos and mockups are representations. Actual color can vary slightly between screens, print runs and garment batches, and slight variation in print placement is normal in this process and is not a defect.

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that every description is error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it. Products may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours and that you are authorized to use it.

ORDERS

Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and we may decline orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original designs, artwork, text and branding on this store are the property of MeTaLLiX Gaming and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without written permission.

MeTaLLiX Gaming is an independent apparel brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Square Enix or any game publisher. Any game titles or terms referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used only descriptively.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to submit malicious code.
